Brodick Castle

Brodick is the only Ducal property belonging to NTS. It has a long and turbulent history, dating back to the 13th century. It has a strong association with the Dukes of Hamilton and houses the Trusts most important collections. Initiatives here include improvements to the conservation of the castle, an investment in the restoration of the magnificent gardens and new trails and way finding all aimed at increasing visitor numbers to this wonderful island.
